ABOUT ME

I'm a believer of being the change you want to see in the world.

I’ve always been very active and athletic. I played football and ran track all throughout school. After hurting my back lifting weight in college and surgery for a torn rotator cuff I sought help from doctors and specialists who didn’t do much to help me recover.

I felt like they weren’t listening to me and they didn’t treat me the way I’d expect them to treat someone who came to them in pain.

That’s when I saw the huge difference a great physical therapist could make. I watched PTs take people like me who were scared, anxious, and hurt then help them grow stronger.

They became more independent, healthy, and confident in their body’s ability to heal and support themselves.

That’s when I discovered my life’s purpose.

To help others become their best selves the same way my physical therapists once helped me.

I earned my Doctor of Physical Therapy from Nova Southeastern University and taught physiology, structural kinesiology, and biomechanical movement analysis at Keiser University.I’ve spent the last ten years working hands on with my patients and helping them feel and perform at their best.

In a world that is fast paced and constantly changing I understand that everyone wants and needs the ability to keep up. Through my comprehensive one on one therapy methods, I’ll enable you to see beyond your limitations and improve your physical ability.

Together we’ll make sure you have the knowledge and bodily awareness to reduce your pain, improve your strength, and increase your range of motion. And when we’re done, you’ll be on the path to your desired level of optimal physical health!
